About the Role

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is welcoming new Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students on the autism spectrum throughout Hawaiʻi. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable professionals who want to make a meaningful impact in local schools and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Follow guidance and programming from the BCBA
  • Provide direct behavior support and interventions
  • Support students in classroom environments
  • Implement individualized behavior plans
  • Assist with crisis intervention when needed
  • Document sessions according to policy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a classroom or educational setting
  • Clean background check
  • CPR Certification (assistance available)
  • RBT certification preferred (but not required for applicants interested in becoming certified)
